TPC can work with our clients and advise on process requirements (i.e. capacity, footprint, routing and technology) to allow the inclusion of specialised services with the cleanroom and the support areas.
TPC has experience in Purified Water Systems (USP / BP Purified Water, Water for Injection (WFI) and Laboratory Water (Type I and II) and the distribution of these services to allow these to be incorporated into the overall design.
We often see these services installed post facility construction which leads to issues with cleaning, servicing and clutter within cleanrooms and GMP areas.
The use of clean steam for autoclaves and freeze dryers can be discussed and once again the footprint and requirements for this type of equipment can be included.
Purified water relies on specialist welding, valving, routing and insulation to provide a system which is serviceable and also presents as a clean service within a cleanroom rather than having exposed pipework within the facility (as far as is practicable).
TPC can advise our clients through partner relationships for the procurement, supply and installation of specialised equipment.
Facility gases (High purity argon, helium, hydrogen, ethylene oxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, breathing air, compressed air, acetylene)
TPC has developed Gas Supply Outlets (GSO) which allow for the routing and reticulation of gas services within cleanroom wall cavities and which allow flush mounted service modules to be incorporated with the cleanroom engineering to provide the neatest, cleanable, and manageable gas modules. The modules allow for inclusion of additional services as the site may require through future upgrades.
Once again, specialist gases require different grades of pipe material to allow for longevity and minimise maintenance. This is included in the facility design.
