Total Precision Cleanrooms Aust, ( TPC ) were engaged by UA holdings as D&C contractor for the design and construction of the cleanroom that would facilitate their TGA license and meet the current PIC’s code of GMP. TPC were also engaged as Construction Manager to complete the 15000 M2 facility following multiple issues with their previous builder, contractors and consultants.

TPC chose the ISO-PHAR cleanroom system for this project due to a unique product flexibility, fully flush design, and excellent fire resistance. The ISO-PHAR system and the site TPC inherited, was what we believe as the best fit to ensure our clients expectation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was met on completion. The cleanroom design included fully flush, windows, doors and frames, preformed corners vertically and horizontally, custom coving and surface mounted LED lighting.
