TPC can perform a masterplan design of your facility area to allow you to view the requirements of a total facility build to incorporate all of your architectural and service needs.

This allows for a staged approach in your warehouse fitout which can be used in-line of your overall expansion plans to ensure that a structured fitout is undertaken to minimise ad hoc construction within available areas and to maximise the use of the available space.  Depending on the size of the facility, TPC Aust. partner with additional specialists to assist in the specification and design of the facility.

TPC evaluates with you, restrictions, and constraints within the existing building envelope. TPC will discuss your facility requirements with you and detail scope requirements such as room cleanliness requirements (i.e., ISO 14644 or PE009 Annex 1), the requirements for building automation and monitoring (i.e., Building Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental monitoring systems (EMS)) to provide qualified data for the facility operation and maintenance.

TPC will evaluate utilities and services requirements based on site constraints for electricity, routing of storm water, sewer, and trade waste requirements in either a brownfield or greenfield design.
